Questionmark_Chair
(red dot award: product design 2008)

This chair draws deep attention because of its unusual shape, which is the result of innovative production technologies. Viewed from different angles it always appears in a new light. A question mark or a calla flower or a shell become visible. The 360-degree swivel system has a return mechanism. The central base structure is available both in polished and in matt chrome finish. Through the available range of 196 fabrics and leather colours this chair easily integrates into individual modern lifestyles.

Pumpkin_Seating Furniture
(red dot award: product design 2008)

When designing Pumpkin it was not at all the intention to create a chair with four legs. The flexibility of its forms appears as emancipation from traditional style and square shaping. With its soft and naturally sensual forms this seating chair is a piece of furniture that invitingly accommodates anybody. The prevailing demand to model a seat that adapts to the body and not the other way round was one basic idea when shaping Pumpkin. Its stylistic language reminds of a huge pumpkin and its protective paring. The product range comprises one armchair with low or high backrest, a two- and a three-seater as well as a stool. It wants to follow the revolutionary style initiated by Pierre Paulin at the end of the 1950s. The furnishing of Georges Pompidou’s private rooms in the Élysée Palace in 1971 became his work with the most prominent media attention.

Pipedream_Seating System
(red dot award: product design 2008)

This unusual seating system is composed of two parallel tubes; one serves as seat, the other as backrest. First of all, it was the intention to make public space more exciting – with an astonishing effect: when passing by, people spontaneously try the seating system. The texture of the foamed material ensures agreeable seating comfort. Pipedream is available in various colours so it fits harmoniously in its respective location.
